Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Pavithra 7 Eleven Holidays, we understand that travel plans may change due to personal or unforeseen reasons. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent while considering the commitments made with hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@paviholidays.com.
- Cancellation charges are calculated based on the date we receive the written cancellation request.
- For tour packages, group tours, and fixed departure trips, the following cancellation charges generally apply:
- 30 days or more before departure: 25% cancellation fee
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
- 0–14 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
- If applicable, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.
2. Cancellation by Pavithra 7 Eleven Holidays
In rare situations, we may need to cancel a trip due to circumstances beyond our control such as natural calamities, government regulations, operational issues, or insufficient group size. In such cases:
- Customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the trip to a future date.
- No cancellation charges will be deducted in these scenarios.
3. Non-Refundable Components
- Airfare, train tickets, visa fees, permits, and third-party services booked on your behalf are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Promotional offers, discounted packages, and last-minute deals may be non-refundable and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
4. Mode of Refund
Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment. Any transaction or processing charges incurred during payment may be deducted from the refund amount.
